aRtist statement

 

intertwine and end when other things start :: 

the start becomes infinite :: 

see the circle :: and see  that no circle is perfect :: every point on the circle is part of an irregularly shaped body that experiences constant movement, tension and relief.

 

in my work I often search for the "bumps in the circle" :: for the moments of swallowing, digesting, recognizing, mis-, and understanding :: 

moments when

 

things go° wrong/right/left/up/down/straight/backwards/in/out°


when do causal connections dock onto each other? through interpretation and puzzling independent pieces together, we tend to explain entire universes to and about ourselves

we make up the world


when do we find answers and what does it feel like, if most questions have no answers and therefore can only be articulated into suitable

?versions of general assumptions

?how do we decide on one assumption and how much is that decisionmaking due to our own conscious and unconscious deriving

?when are events becoming a story, if the only way to create a self, consists in constructing a casual narrative of the °I° based on the past
